Score of fibrosis
FibroMeter generates a score of fibrosis with an equivalence in F Metavir stage.
The accuracy and the reliability of the virus fibrosis score are improved by the expert system.

Score of fibrosis targeting F4 (FibroMeter V)
A specific FibroMeter for the cirrhosis diagnostic, using the same blood markers, strenghtens the diagnostic accuracy of FibroMeter virus score (especially by bringing a positive predictive value of 100% of cirrhosis).
It is now systematically calculated besides the FibroMeter virus score.

Inflammatory activity
The
activity value is also supplied for the viral origins: the
InflaMeter.
Area of fibrosis
The liver fibrosis percentage measured thanks to the "area of fibrosis" is a new measure bringing different and additionnal information on the liver "state".
A fibrosis can be serious (F4 stage) but only cover a small part of the liver (15%).
Conversely, a fibrosis can be a F4 stage one but cover a large part of the liver (more than 50%), knowing that the F4 stage includes as well novice cirrhosises as serious ones.
Nowadays, the METAVIR classification used only informs about five possible stages: F0, F1, F2, F3 and F4.
This does not allow a follow-up of the diseases severity regarding a F4 stage.
During a treatment, the measure of the fibrosis regression is an indicator of the therapeutic efficiency.
